Family Therapy
Families can be glorious and they can be complex and sometimes they can be both at the same time. Often when one part of the family is struggling, everyone feels it. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, sibling conflict, blended family transitions or intergenerational tension, family therapy offers a space for everyone to be heard and to move together towards solutions – together.
Family therapy may be right for your family if:
- There’s ongoing conflict or miscommunication
- A family member is struggling emotionally or behaviorally
- You’re navigating a divorce, remarriage or blended family adjustment
- You want to strengthen your family bond
- You need help setting boundaries, expectations or shared values.
The goal is not just to resolve conflict – but to build a stronger, more connected family.
Is your family experiencing some tension, stress, and anxiety right now? Perhaps there has been a family transition, challenge with a struggling child, more yelling at home, increased conflict between parents and children, disconnection between members of the family, family trauma or even a loss that impacts the family.
Through Family Therapy, I can help each member express thoughts and emotion in a more healthy and productive manner, strengthen the structure of the household by helping you explore both behavior and rules that create conflict and replace them with behavior and rules that strengthen the relational bonds of the family, as well as help your family identify what your are doing well that often goes unnoticed.
